NAB FP appoints GM for NSW/ACT

NAB Financial Planning (NAB FP) has announced the appointment of Sandhya Maini as general manager, NSW/ACT, effective October 2017.

In a statement, the firm said that Maini's appointment aims to "provide local leadership that will enhance the support NAB FP provides its advisers."

Maini has almost 20 years' experience in superannuation and advice. In her most recent role, she was head of professional development - advice capability & assurance with ANZ Wealth, responsible for the delivery of professional development service offerings for its aligned and salaried advice businesses.

NAB FP has also announced the appointment of Rich Brown as general manager, QLD.

Commenting on the appointments, general manager of NAB FP, Tim Steele, said: "Both Sandhya and Rich have strong and diverse backgrounds in financial advice, and they also bring extremely valuable customer insights and experience from other industries and businesses."
