NAB has appointed Suzana Ristevski to the newly-created role of executive general manager, marketing and customer experience, merging its customer experience and marketing teams.
Ristevski joined NAB in January 2017 and has been acting as the firm's executive general manager, marketing since July 2018.
Commenting on Ristevski's appointment, chief customer experience officer Rachel Slade, said: "Suzana is a great leader and has already been instrumental in bringing together Marketing and CX into one business, along with providing clear leadership direction to the team."
Ristevski added: "I see incredible value in bringing customer experience and marketing together to deliver better experiences and communications that are absolutely focussed on our customers".
