APPOINTMENT
MA FINANCIAL GROUP LIMITED
Date: February 2020
Position: Vice chair

Andrew Pridham, co-founder, managing director, and head of investment banking at Moelis Australia, will step away from the business. The company confirmed the news in results published to the ASX.

Pridham has held an executive role with Moelis since 2009, but will not be leaving the business entirely. He will move into the group vice-chair role.

Pridham has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking, including as executive chairman of investment banking at JP Morgan Australia. He also held leadership roles at UBS as global head of real estate investment banking.

In addition to his executive experience, Pridham is also the chair of the Sydney Swans.

Moelis recently acquired MKM Capital, which has a loan book of approximately $120 million. The acquisition is part of the company's strategy to expand its exposure to Australia's residential mortgage market.

Pridham will be replaced by joint-chief executives, Julian Biggins and Chris Wyke. All three are co-founders of the business.
