Moelis adds to board

Moelis Australia has appointed Alexandra Goodfellow as an independent non-executive director to their board.

The Korn Ferry Australasia vice chair will also chair the organisation's remuneration and nomination committee.

Moelis chair Jeffrey Browne said he was delighted to welcome Goodfellow and Kate Pilcher Ciafone to the board. "These two appointments add valuable skills, diversity and independence to our board," he said.

"Alexandra's leadership and expertise in people, culture and governance will be significantly additive to this business in which people are our most valuable asset."

Goodfellow specialises in executive talent consulting and was previously a partner at consulting firm Heidrick & Struggles. She also holds directorships with the Westmead Children's Hospital Grace Ward and is on the board of the Sydney Swans.
