MLC appoints GM, Customer Experience Super

NAB subsidiary, MLC, has named Lara Bourguignon as its new general manager, customer experience super, effective March 2017.

In this role she has responsibility for customer engagement and enablement, and business development for corporate super.

Bourguignon was most recently NAB's general manager - corporate super, wealth products.

Prior to this, Bourguignon held various positions within corporate and institutional wealth, including GM client management, GM Plum and Group Insurance which also included the responsibilities of managing director, Plum Financial Services Limited.

She has experience in senior strategic and finance roles within the NAB Group including chief financial officer, NAB Support Units and head of investment controls, NAB Wealth.
