MFI appoints new Director

Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd (MFI) has announced that Stephen Roche will join its board, effective 18 October 2016.

Roche, who has held executive roles in major national and international organisations for more than 25 years, will replace Lloyd Jones, who will not be seeking re-election and will be stepping down after six years of service.

Rouche is the chief executive officer and managing director of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited, a position he has held since August 2006.

Commenting on the board renewal, outgoing chair Martyn Myer said: "The changes to the board continue the regeneration of MFI where new leaders will continue the 90-year-old company's growth strategy into the next decade."
