Mercer searches for new Australian CEO

Jo-Anne Bloch will take over as interim Pacific Zone Leader and Australian CEO for Mercer when Ben Walsh steps down at the end of April.

Bloch has been with Mercer for just under 10 years and has been the head of industry and public sector superannuation in Australia since January of 2019.

Mercer international president, David Anderson, said the organisation was in good hands. "Jo-Anne is well-known to our clients and colleagues and has long been a well-respected leader at Mercer. We are proud of the achievements of our teams in Australia and New Zealand as they continue to make a difference in people's lives," said Anderson.
