Mercer has confirmed to Industry Moves that Cambell Holt has been promoted to chief customer officer, Pacific, retaining responsibility for Mercer's consumer marketing team, effective 1 December 2016.

Natalie Truong continues to lead Mercer's Business to Business (B2B) Marketing Team and both Holt and Truong have joined Mercer's Pacific Zone Leadership Team under the leadership of MD & market leader, Pacific, Ben Walsh.

Commenting on his appointment, Holt said: "We've spent the past three years transforming Mercer's retail capabilities, and I'm looking forward to leading the next phase of our journey to become an experience-led financial services organisation."

"After a period of significant investment in customer infrastructure I'll be focused on leveraging our capabilities in support of delivering great value for our customers, and great commercial outcomes for Mercer and its corporate clients."

Since joining Mercer in April, Truong has added new skills to Mercer's B2B Marketing Team.

Truong added: "We are building a world class marketing function that will position the Mercer brand more prominently in Australia and New Zealand. We have big plans for 2017 and it's very exciting."
