Media Super CIO comes from LUCRF

Former LUCRF head of investment strategy Michael McQueen has been appointed the new chief investment officer for Media Super.

McQueen was displaced from his role when LUCRF reorganised their investments model in late 2019. He joined the organisation from Kinetic Super where he was the manager of investments. He left after Kinetic merged with Sunsuper in 2018. He also has experience outside of super, at UBS, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs.

McQueen will replace outgoing Chief Investment Officer Norman Zhang and will start on 21 February.
