McKay to succeed Waller at NAB

Doug McKay is to succeed John Waller as a a National Australia Bank (NAB) board member and chair of its subsidiary, Bank of New Zealand (BNZ). McKay was appointed as an independent non-executive director of BNZ on 5 March 2013. He previously held senior positions with Procter & Gamble, Lion Nathan, Carter Holt Harvey and Goodman Fielder. He will step into the role of BNZ chair on 1 August 2015.
