Challenger executive Matt Gaden has resigned to take up the role of head of distribution at Henderson Global Investors. Gaden joined Challenger in 2003 and held a number of senior management roles including GM - institutional business & strategic alliances. Prior to that he was with First State Investments in the UK and Australia.
