Martin Switzer joins Contango board

Fund manager Contango Asset Management (Contango), which listed on the ASX on September 29 2016, has appointed Martin Switzer as a non-executive director.

Switzer is the chief operating officer of media and financial services business, Switzer Financial Group. He has worked in stockbroking and journalism and is currently a host on the Sky News Business Channel. He is also a consultant with the Australian Defence Force Financial Services Consumer Centre.

Joining Switzer on the Contango board is continuing non-executive chair, Roger Amos; fellow new non-executive director, Charlie Aitken; and managing director and chief investment officer, George Boubouras.
