Mark Roomans appointed Co-CEO - Australasia at Morningstar

Mark Roomans has been named Co-CEO of Morningstar Australasia, replacing Anthony Serhan who takes up the position of MD of research & strategy, Asia Pacific. Rooman is currently chief operating officer of Morningstar Europe. He will share the CEO role with Heather Brilliant, currently global director of equity and corporate credit research.
