Malley hired to iCare board

iCare has appointed Virginia Malley as a non-executive director of its board, as part of its efforts to reform the organisation.

Malley currently sits on a number of boards, and is also independent chair, risk committee of Future Super.

"Virginia Malley brings a deep and broad investment management experience in the financial services sector and advanced, governance capabilities reflective of her service on the Boards of Commonwealth and NSW Government agencies and significant private sector investment and superannuation companies including Macquarie Funds Management and Perpetual," iCare chair John Robertson said.

iCare has also appointed Kylie Willment to the board.
