Geoffrey Stirton has been announced as the new company secretary for Magellan Financial Group. Stirton has over 26 years experience in financial services in various company secretarial finance and management roles. He was most recently group company secretary at The Trust Company Limited and has also previously held group company secretary roles at Investa Property Group and MLC Limited.
