Madison Financial Group appoints Head of Governance

Madison Financial Group has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Kirsten Lynn as head of governance and professional standards, effective July 2017.

In this role, Lynn is responsible for enhancing the firm's governance and professional standards supporting its adviser community.

Lynn has 12 years' experience spanning public policy, legal, and financial advice across the government, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Most recently she was an associate private wealth at ANZ Private where she provided strategic and investment advice to high net worth clients. As well as her advisory background, she also has experience in administrative and commercial regulation, stakeholder engagement, strategic projects, and communications. Commenting on her first few months in the role, Madison Financial Group CEO, Annick Donat, said: "In the short time Kirsten has been with us, she has actively demonstrated a willingness to step out of her comfort zone and take on tasks, projects and issues with an open mind and a good sense of humour.
