Industry super fund LUCRF Super has confirmed the appointment of Phil Caris as an employer representative to its board of directors.
Caris is a senior international HR professional with 25 years' experience in large and medium size organisations across a range of industries.
He currently heads up GrainCorp's HR division and is responsible for driving its global people and culture strategy.
Prior to joining GrainCorp, he was executive general manager of human resources and safety at Coates Hire and has held a number of other senior HR roles with companies including BHP, Coca-Cola and TNT both in Australia and overseas.
Caris was appointed to the board in May.
LUCRF Super is a $5 billion industry super fund with 170,000 members across Australia.
