Lonsec appoints CIO for new division

Lukasz de Pourbaix, former GM of investment consulting at Lonsec Fiscal, has been appointed CIO of Lonsec's new business division, Lonsec Investment Solutions. In the new role, de Pourbaix will work closely with the firm's investment consulting team to deliver investment solutions for financial advisers.

Lonsec Fiscal said in a statement that the new division has been created in response to the growing administrative and regulatory demands on advisers, the increased breadth and complexity of financial products, and the growing prominence of model portfolios.

Senior investment consultant Veronica Klaus has been promoted to the role of GM of investment consulting, replacing de Pourbaix.
