National Australia Bank (NAB) has announced the retirement of board director Jillian Segal after more than 12 years of service.
Before joining NAB, Segal was a commissioner, and later deputy chair, at the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) from 1997 to 2002.
Prior to her time at ASIC, she practised as a corporate and environmental partner at Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Arthur Robinson) and also worked for Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
Also departing the NAB board is Daniel Gilbert, who joined alongside Segal in 2004.
