Westoz (WFM) has announced that executive director Philip Rees will move to a non-executive director role, following the appointments of Jaime Underdown as chief operating officer and Tim Banfield as head of distribution.
Rees, who has been responsible for overseeing the management and operation of the fund management business and investment of portfolios since 2004, will remain on the Investment Committee of WFM.
