LGT Crestone Wealth Managment has welcomed three new investment advisers to the firm arriving from Escala Partners, the wealth manager partially owned by New York-listed Focus Financial Partners.

Will Allen, Gabrielle Coles and Matt Gavshon are amongst those who have joined the wealth manager owned by the Liechtenstein royal family-owned investment firm.

Allan was with Escala for six years, Coles for three with Gavshon doing a four-year stint.

LGT Crestone's chief executive Michael Chisholm would only confirm the hires of the initial three advisers and is "unable to make any further comment regarding future adviser acquisition at this point."

But the list of those likely to appear after a few months includes Escala partners Paul Sealy, Jonathan Vickers-Willis, Ben Potter and Nick Blakiston.

Chisholm said LGT Crestone remain focused on hiring the best talent in the industry.

"A key part of LGT Crestone's business growth strategy has always included expanding the firm's team of high-quality advisers, and we've been able to further accelerate this growth since becoming part of LGT Group in 2021.

"We're continuing to see a war for advisory talent amid an increasing demand in the private wealth sector, which requires a competitive approach to hiring and retention.

"The LGT Crestone growth strategy continues to succeed with the addition of high-calibre talent."

Since June 30, 2022, LGT Crestone has recruited 11 new advisers to the firm, including the recent arrivals.
