Robert Swift has joined the investment committee of Local Government Super (LGS) as an independent committee member, along with fellow independent appointee Bev Durston. Swift and Durston will assist in monitoring the performance of LGS' investment managers and oversee the work of LGS' internal investment team and external asset consultant. Swift comes to LGS from API Capital, a global equities funds manager. Previously he was head of BT Investment Management's multi strategies team and brings over 30 years' experience in global investment management to the role.
