legalsuper adds to member service team

legalsuper has announced the appointment of Dean Rose to the newly-created role of manager southern region, member service, with responsibility for managing the teams in South Australia, Victoria, Tasmania and Western Australia.

Rose, who was most recently a principal at Mercer, has more than 25 years' experience across industry super funds, banking, and funds management.

He is joined at legalsuper by fellow new-recruit, Noel Hucker, who has been appointed as manager northern region, member service.

Commenting on the expanding team, legalsuper's chief executive, Andrew Proebstl, said: "Noel and Dean's appointments advance our strategy of investing in member education and engagement to help our members achieve better retirement outcomes."

He added: "We have added eight professionals to our member service team in the last three years, bringing our total member services team to 18 across Australia and enhancing the depth and breadth of its expertise".
