Legalsuper adds to executive team

Legalsuper has appointed Kaye Wheatley-Brown as the $3billion industry fund's new executive manager of compliance.

In a statement, legalsuper said of the appointment: "Kaye's primary role is to manage and report in respect of all compliance, prudential and regulatory requirements...and maintain best-practice compliance and risk management practices."

Wheatley-Brown has more than 20 years' industry experience. Prior to joining legalsuper, she was principal, senior risk & compliance leader at Mercer and before that held various roles at KPMG, VicSuper, Australian Retirement Fund (now Australian Super) and the Insurance & Superannuation Commission (now APRA).

A search for her replacement at Mercer is currently underway.
