Kinetic Super has announced the appointment of a new chief executive officer, Katherine Kaspar, following the resignation of former CEO Andrew Barnet, who departed from the role due to personal reasons.
Kaspar has been a director of the Kinetic Super board since 2010 and is currently the chair of the risk management committee and a member of the insurance tender committee.
She has 10 years' experience as a lawyer, specialising in financial services, trust and general corporate law and has worked at two of Melbourne's top tier law firms.
Commenting on her appointment, Kinetic Super chair, Frank Gullone, said: "Ms Kaspar is a highly regarded lawyer who has advised some of Australia's largest trustee companies, including: NAB, AXA, Colonial and UBS. She brings a wealth of experience across financial services and corporate law - as well as her many years serving on the Kinetic Super Board."
