TCorp, the investment and financial management partner of the NSW public sector, has announced the departure of Dr Kerry Schott from its board, effective January 2019.
Schott is chair of the Energy Security Board, chair of Moorebank Intermodal Company and a director of NBN. From 2006 to 2011, she served as managing director and CEO of Sydney Water, and, for three years before that, as deputy secretary of NSW Treasury. She also spent 15 years as an investment banker, including as managing director of Deutsche Bank and executive vice president of Bankers Trust Australia.
She is succeeded on the Tcorp board by former State Super CEO Michael Dwyer.
