Prime Financial Group (Prime) has announced to the ASX that head of finance, Ben Priestley, and financial controller, Rory McLaughlin, will share the responsibilities of chief financial officer following the departure of CFO and company secretary,Simon Munday.
Priestley is a chartered accountant with more than 10 years' finance accounting experience within th financial services industry in Australia and the UK. Recently he has worked in commercial finance roles, the firm said.
Taking on the role of company secretary is Dale Gaskell-Kharsas, who previously served in the role from November 2015 to December 2017 and was reappointed in December 2018.
