Xinling Han has taken a role as consultant with the portfolio design team at JANA Investment Advisers.

Previously she worked at WTW where she advised clients on setting investment objectives and strategic asset allocation, selecting fund managers, constructing portfolios and providing implementation advice.

Before that, she spent six years at private wealth and advisory boutique Carnbrea.

The asset consultant has also announced the appointment of Habib Chebli as director of client development.

Chebli will be based in Melbourne and responsible for relationships with wholesale and institutional clients.

He will be focused on enhancing JANA's presence and forming relationships with non-profits, endowments, and wealth practices in Australia.

JANA said Chebli is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience across various asset classes and financial services solutions.

Before this appointment, Chebli was a senior business development manager and relationships manager at APSEC Funds Management.

Chebli commenced his new role at JANA on 17 April 2024 reporting to Srinivasan.
