Position: Head of Customer Advocacy & Assurance
Superannuation and wealth management consultancy IQ Group has launched a new customer advocacy and assurance division and appointed Sharad Tanwar as the division head and as a member of the firm's executive leadership team.
Tanwar has experience in the delivery of strategic enterprise initiatives across a breadth of industries including telecommunications, utilities, retail and banking.
Commenting on the new role, Tanwar said: "I am very excited to be part of IQ Group's visionary leadership team and to be the 'voice of the customer' as my prime focus will be customer satisfaction across IQ Group's portfolio."
