Former Investment Committee Chair leaves Sunsuper

Paul Lahiff has retired from the Sunsuper board, effective 28 April 2016, after 15 months of service.

In thanking Lahiff for his time with the fund, both as a director and chair of the investment committee, Sunsuper chair Ben Swan said:

"Paul has been an exceptional director making a substantial contribution to the company's strong governance framework and working tirelessly in members' best interests throughout his tenure.

"He added great value to the Sunsuper Board and his extensive experience and sage advice will be sorely missed. We wish him all the very best."

Lahiff currently serves on the boards of Austbrokers Holdings Ltd, NPP Australia Ltd and Smartline Personal Mortgage Advisers. He is also the director of his own consultancy, Lahiff Consulting Australia P/L, which specialises in strategy advice to financial institutions, as well as executive coaching and mentoring.

Replacing Lahiff and departing deputy chair, Rob Hutchinson, are fellow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland (CCIQ) nominees, Theresa Moltoni and Mark Harvey.
