Corporate property manager Investa has hired former Charter Hall head of sustainability as its new general manager of corporate sustainability.
In her new role, Black will be responsible for the leadership of Investa's sustainability functions, including strategy, implementation, reporting, engagement, and brand and reputation development.
Black, who left Charter Hall earlier this month, has held sustainability and community development roles with Lendlease, Stockland, and Hassell.
A spokesperson for Investa told Industry Moves, "Margot has over thirty years of sustainability, community investment and urban planning strategy experience in State and Local Government and the private sector.
"Investa has a proven track record as a leader in sustainability and we look forward to continued success in this space under Margot's leadership."
