After almost nine years, Eben Bowditch has moved on from the role of head of sales at Invesco Australia for a job at ACTA Capital
Bowditch has been appointed managing director of corporate development for the private equity firm founded by Richard Facioni who moved from alternative investment manager, Alceon.
Before joining Invesco as managing director of sales and client delivery, he served as an institution business manager at BT Investment Management for the previous nine years.
Earlier, he worked at ING Australia in a similar role.
"After almost 9 yrs, I say farewell to Invesco and some first-class; friends, colleagues and clients. It's been a pleasure and a privilege to build genuine connections with you all, and I wish you the very best for the future," he wrote in a LinkedIn post.
Bowditch, a keen cyclist, is best known for 'Invesco Chase,' a virtual cycling event he designed for the financial advice and investment community after when covid hit and people felt isolated.
Invesco has raised about $9 billion in funds under management in Australia across its global real estate, liquid alternatives and quantitative equities strategies, through a 12-person strong sales and distribution team.
