Integrated Portfolio Solutions appoints board member

Integrated Portfolio Solutions has confirmed the appointment of industry veteran Damien Hatfield to their board.

Hatfield has more than 30 years of industry experience, notably raising more than $1.8 billion with Triple A Partners.

"Damien's experience and industry knowledge is certainly welcomed by the current board and Executive team at Integrated and Damien is already adding tremendous value to our fast growing business," said Integrated Portfolio Solutions MD Darryl Johnson.

"Having watched the development of the Platform Administration industry, I am very excited to be involved with Darryl and the team," said Hatfield. "IPS is quite a unique offering and I'm looking forward to being able to offer their services to my network of contacts."

Hatfield is currently an executive director at Aura Alternative Assets and a director with Triple A Partners. He was previously the head of distribution at Ascalon Capital and head of hedge funds at Pengana Capital and Colonial First State.
