Industry veteran joins WealthO2 board

WealthO2 has announced the appointment of Graham Hand as a director of its board.

Hand, who has over 40 years' experience in financial markets, is the co-founder and managing editor of financial newsletter Cuffelinks. He also serves on the board of the Absolute Equity Performance Fund and is a committee member of both Lazard Asset Management and fintech startup OpenInvest.

Commenting on his appointment, Shannon Bernasconi, co-founder and managing director of WealthO2, said that Hand "brings a wealth of practical industry experience to the board" and that his "knowledge and expertise will be invaluable as WealthO2 enters the next phase of its development, bringing its low cost and unconflicted alternative to traditional Wrap services to the broader adviser community."

Hand's appointment follows WealthO2's appointment last month of Phil Anderson to the newly-created role of national business development manager.
