Impact Investment Group appoints Independent Director

Impact Investment Group (IIG) has announced the appointment of Cilla Boreham as an independent director, or 'guardian of purpose', of Impact Funds Management (IFM).

Boreham has experience in legal, risk and compliance roles, having worked initially for Blake Dawson Waldron, and subsequently for over 15 years in in-house legal, compliance and risk-related roles with Goldman Sachs JB Were and then JB Were.

In addition to managing the legal and risk functions at JB Were, Boreham was also a member of the JB Were executive team.
