Hunter Hall appoints Interim CEO

Hunter Hall has appointed Paula Ferrao as interim chief executive officer, effective immediately, following the announcement that Peter Hall, the firm's founder, CEO & chief investment officer, has resigned and will depart by June 2017.

Ferrao has 19 years' experience in the funds management industry. She was appointed as Hunter Hall's deputy CEO in May 2016 and Hunter Hall's chief financial officer in 2010.

Deputy CIO James McDonald has stepped into the role of interim CIO while the search for both a new CEO and CIO is underway.
