The wealth platform has hired Chesne Stafford as chief growth officer.

Stafford joins from MetLife, where she was most recently the chief marketing and customer officer.

Reporting to HUB24 chief executive, Andrew Alcock, Stafford will lead the company's distribution and marketing functions and work with the broader team to leverage the group's product and technology solutions to deliver segmented customer propositions.

In the newly created role, she will leverage existing relationships with financial professionals and develop new customer relationships and segments.

Before her seven-year stint at the insurer, she spent ten years at OnePath and MLC in sales and financial advice strategy roles.

"I am delighted to welcome Chesne to the HUB24 Group as we continue to invest in our people and product development to enable further growth," said Alcock.

"Chesne's strong track record of leadership, growth, and delivering value to customers means she is well-placed to lead our distribution and marketing teams as we continue to look for opportunities to deliver value and innovative product solutions to empower better financial futures."

Last month, HUB24 reported that platform funds under administration had hit $50 billion while total FUA had reached $68.3 billion.

The group completed a series of acquisitions over the last two years, including Xplore Wealth and Class, and entered the non-custody portfolio administration and reporting business.
