HFA names new CFO & Company Secretary

HFA Holdings Limited (HFA) has appointed Henry Capra as chief financial officer (CFO) and company secretary, effective 9 May 2016.

Capra's most recent executive role was as managing director and head of custody & fund services - Australian & New Zealand at J.P. Morgan, and prior to that he was COO of Blackrock Investment Management Australia, CFO and COO of AMP Capital Investors Limited and director and CFO of Colonial First State Investments.

Commenting on the appointment, HFA chair Michael Shepherd said: "I am delighted to welcome Henry to the HFA leadership team. His extensive industry background and financial management expertise will be a tremendous asset, and I look forward to his significant input to the growth and development of our business."

Incumbent CFO and company secretary, Amber Stoney, will remain with HFA until June 2016 to facilitate a smooth transition of the roles to Capra.
