HESTA has confirmed to Industry Moves the departure of Valerie Lyons from the board of the $43 billion industry fund, effective 1 January 2018.
Lyons, who was appointed to the board in 2013, was an employer director, representing Leading Age Services Australia.
Lyons has 35 years' experience in the health and finance industries including over 20 years' experience in various leadership roles.
At HESTA she has been replaced by Saranne Cooke.
