Head of Credit and Core departs AMP Capital

AMP Capital has announced the departure of David Carruthers from the role of head of credit and core, effective immediately.

Carruthers joined AMP Capital in 2000 and moved into his most recent role in 2014.

His departure follows changes to AMP's global equities and fixed income business.

Commenting on his departure, a spokesperson for the firm said: "Mr Carruthers has been an integral part of the Global Fixed Income team and made a significant contribution to the evolution of AMP Capital's fixed income capability."
