Hannah to depart MLC Life

MLC Life Insurance general manager of retail distribution Russell Hannah will leave the organisation.

In a statement, a spokesperson acknowledged the significant role that Hannah has played over recent years as part of the leadership team. In particular, they pointed to his role in growing the organisation in adviser and licensee markets.

"I'd like to thank Russell for his strong contribution and commitment to our customers and our business, as well as for his committed leadership of our retail adviser teams," said MLC Life chief life insurance officer Michael Rogers. "I wish Russell well as he moves into the next phase of his career."

Hannah has been in this role for nearly five years. He previously was a state manager for BT and held distribution roles at MLC Australia, Aviva, and ING.
