Genworth adds MyState, Bennelong director to board

Andrea Walters is set to join the board of Genworth Mortgage Insurance, filling the role left by the retirement of Gayle Tollifson.

Walters is a seasoned board member, holding directorships with MyState Limited, Grant Thornton Australia, Bennelong Funds Management Group, Citywide Services Solutions, and the Colonial Foundation. She has previously been a director with CareSuper and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Walters was also a partner at KPMG, specialising in financial services audits.

She joins the board effective 16 March 2020.
