The board of the Future Generation Investment Company (FGX) has announced the appointment of Louise Walsh as chief executive officer.
Walsh has experience in the not-for-profit, government and private sectors and is also the CEO of Future Generation Global Investment Company (FGG).
Commenting on her appointment, Walsh said: "I'm very proud to be working for both FGX and FGG. The Future Generation model is a spectacular philanthropic and investment initiative and the charities we have selected are doing exceptional work."
Prior to joining FGX and FGG, Walsh was the CEO of Philanthropy Australia.
