Fortnum PW MD moves into new role

Fortnum Financial Group (Fortnum) has confirmed that Joel Taylor, managing director of Fortnum Private Wealth (FPW), will be stepping into a business development role with the firm, effective August 2017.

Taylor was previously a business growth manager with NAB Wealth & MLC before taking on the top job at FPW in 2014.

Commenting on his change of role, a spokesperson for Fortnum said: "Joel has been instrumental in FPW's growth and success over the past two years. He has built and led a highly professional team at FPW and continues to be a valuable member of the team. This change has come about because Joel believes he can best assist the future success of FPW by recruiting and supporting quality practices."

As a result, Neil Younger who is currently the group CEO, will also assume responsibilities for Fortnum Private Wealth.
