Former TCorp exec joins FIIG board

Australian fixed income broker, FIIG Securities (FIIG), has announced the appointment of Christine Feldmanis as a non-executive director, effective October 2017.

She has 30 years' experience in investment management, finance, accounting and risk management, legal and regulatory compliance, governance and business building, in both the listed and unlisted financial products markets. Previously, she was chief financial officer at NSW Treasury Corporation and managing director at treasury group investment services.

Feldmanis is currently a non-executive director and chair of the audit and risk committee of Perpetual Equities Investment Company, chair of Bell Asset Management and a non-executive director of Uniting Financial Services.

FIIG has also announced the appointment of former CEO of NSW Treasury Corporation, Stephen Knight, as a non-executive director.

Feldmanis will also assume the position of chair of the audit, risk and compliance committee.
