Former MD of Stockland takes over as Chair of Class

Matthew Quinn has succeeded Barry Lambert as chair of Class Limited, the SMSF cloud software provider for accountants and advisers.

Quinn joined the Class board in July 2015 and was previously managing director of Stockland, an ASX 50 company. He is also a non-executive director of CSR Limited and UrbanGrowth NSW, and chair of Carbonxt Group Limited and mPort Pty Ltd.

From 2003 - 2005 he was national president of the Property Council of Australia, and in 2012 was a director of the Business Council of Australia.

The Class board is in the process of recruiting a new independent director.
