Former Genworth CFO joins FINEOS board

FINEOS Corporation, a Dublin-based technology provider to the life insurance sector, has announced that Anne O'Driscoll has joined the FINEOS board as a director.

O'Driscoll, a chartered accountant, currently serves on the boards of Comminsure insurance, Steadfast Group Limited and Infomedia Limited. She began her career with PwC in London and Sydney before joining IAG insurance in 1993. Following 13 years with IAG, she moved to Genworth Australia as chief financial officer.

She is joined on the FINEOS board by fellow new director, and ASFA CEO, Martin Fahy.

In welcoming both O'Driscoll and Fahy, FINEOS chair Peter le Beau, said: "We are delighted that Anne and Martin have agreed to serve as FINEOS directors and look forward to benefitting from their judgment and insight."

He added: "Their experience across financial services and IT transformation will add a valuable perspective to our Board."
