Former Challenger exec joins BlackRock

BlackRock has announced the appointment of Linda Kang as lead research relationship manager, effective 21 February 2017.

Kang joins from Challenger/Fidante Partners, where she held the role of national key account associate - research. She has spent eight years in financial services across client servicing and development, as well as the investment analysis sector.

BlackRock has also announced the appointment of Stuart Dunn, who joins the firm as head of wealth distribution, Northern Region.

Commenting on the new hires, BlackRock's head of client business in Australasia, Jason Collins, said: "The appointments reflect BlackRock's focus on building meaningful and sustainable partnerships with clients to help facilitate better outcomes for the broader investor community."
