Former Ausbil Investment Management portfolio manager, Tony Waters, will launch a new boutique investment management firm, Quality Value Growth (QVG) Capital, in September 2017.
He will be joined in his new venture by Chris Prunty. Specialist small caps managers Prunty and Waters left Ausbil in April 2017, following eight years of service.
At QVG, they are both co-founders and portfolio managers and are due to launch the QVG Opportunities Fund, which will cater to high-net-worth investors.
Commenting on the launch, Waters said he is "presently taking a break with the family, but looking forward to a September launch."
