Former AMP Head of SMSF Advice joins Akambo as Managing Partner

Self-licensed financial advisory firm, Akambo Financial Group, has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Stuart Abley as managing partner, effective February 2018.

Abley was most recently head of SMSF advice at AMP, a role he left in May 2017. Prior to this he was the CEO of Consultum Financial Advisory for six years. He has also held the role of managing director at both Financial Partnership and Lynx Financial Services.

At Akambo he is joined by fellow new hires, senior partners Steve Watt and Mark Hannan.
